What is Contract Law?
Agreements between two parties or between groups are called contracts.
Although not applicable to all contracts, some contracts must be protected within the applicable legal framework, and the rights of both parties must be protected. Contract law also provides a framework for this.
It is always recommended that a contract be concluded in writing, this will help the legal enforceability of the contract.
Why do we need Contract Law?
We need laws to defend the rights of all parties involved and to find solutions to any problems that may arise out of disputes over a contract. This is clear in business and in our daily lives. Contract law is the legal unit that protects the rights of individuals and protects the rights of individuals and declares which rights they have according to the contract and the law.
With documents and contracts in writing, we can be bound by and covered by the law. In such cases, it is useful for both parties to know their rights.
