Potentia Legis Law Office was established in 1998 in Rotterdam. Tenzile Erdal is the founder of our office which turned into Potentia Legis Law and Mediation Office in 2007; International Company Law, Family Law, Business Law and Criminal law Disputes in the areas of client needs and solution-oriented services and provides an approach based on the principle of legal transparency.
LAW
It is the branch of law dealing with goods and services and international trade agreements between foreign merchants and foreigners’ settlements in different countries.As a result of the spread of the global economy in almost every field and increasing import and export activities, international trade law has gained much more importance. There are a number of regulations in which international commercial law is subject to public and private law.
MEDIATION
It is a method in which the dispute may be involved and controlled by the client in the dispute, as opposed to arbitration, in disputes which are generally the subject and the parties of which are civil and may be appointed by the parties either jointly appointed by the mediators. These institutions may be IMI, ICC, Singapore Mediation Center, respectively.
